Choosing the right venue in Pune for your offsite

Pune offers everything from boutique hotels to large convention spaces — but the right venue depends on your objective, not just the brochure photos.

Capacity vs. comfort

Headcount limits are only the start. Circulation space, breakout rooms and loading access matter as much as the main hall square footage.

Acoustics and AV

Hard surfaces look premium until a microphone feeds back. Visit at the time of day you’ll run your program and test speech intelligibility, not just Wi‑Fi.

Catering logistics

Offsites fail quietly when F&B queues eat into session time. Plan service styles that match your schedule — not the caterer’s default buffet.

Hidden costs

Power, overtime, décor restrictions and vendor entry fees add up. Ask for an all-in estimate before you sign.
